pissgrind is an Android music streaming service that connects to a Navidrome server. It learns your taste through your feedback given by rating the music you listen to and builds personalized mixes from the music library on the Navidrome server and recommends new Albums that you might like.. The algorithm is open source, no third party has access to the training data from users, you can view how the algorithm recommends new music to you. Stream 10'000+ songs from an ever expanding music library that you can personally request new songs and/or albums for. Completly free, transparent and private.
Features
Train
Rate songs while you listen, with simple Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down buttons. The Recommendation Engine adapts to your taste over time and builds a profile unique to you.
Train & Discover
Swipe through songs to train the algorithm. Right = like, Left = dislike. Build your taste profile in minutes, or discover and save new songs quickly to your library.
Request Music
Request new Music inside the app. New Music is being added daily and by expanding the Library through your requested Music, you can help improve the developement and fine-tuning of the Recommendation Engine. Music Requests get checked 3 times daily.
Library
Save albums, artists and songs to your Library. Create Playlists, that persist between devices and new installs.
My Mix
Creates a playlist based on your taste, that you can influence by training the Recommendation Engine.
Private
No tracking. No ads. Your listening data stays between you and the server. No one can access it.
